Get a coding evaluation

Retrieve a single coding evaluation by id, with its E/M (em_evaluation) and ICD (icd_evaluation) findings once complete. Returns 404 if it does not exist or belongs to another org. Eventually consistent: may lag a create/update by a few seconds — see the API overview.
