List coding evaluations

List this org's coding evaluations (medical-coding checks associated with an audit), newest first, with cursor pagination. Filter by status, audit_id, and archived; batch-get by repeating id=. Add include_total=true for an exact count of all matching evaluations. Each complete evaluation embeds its E/M (em_evaluation) and ICD (icd_evaluation) findings. Read-only resource. Eventually consistent: may lag a create/update by a few seconds — see the API overview.
