Resend a webhook delivery

​

Queue one delivery to be sent again now, with the same event id and body. Allowed in every state except pending (already queued or in flight: 409 DELIVERY_IN_FLIGHT). A non-test delivery whose endpoint is disabled or deleted cannot be resent (409 ENDPOINT_DISABLED). A resend of a test delivery counts against the per-org test-send limit (429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After). Returns 202 with the queued delivery.
